  3. For Chuck -E- Cheese's Pizza party only: Please note that kids must be well-toilet trained. They will be supervised by volunteers. It would be nice to have some cash donations for volunteers. Donations are accepted at the door - CANCELLED
  4. How to use the Calendar Schedule: **Please click on Calender under Homepage. For event schedule please click on the top left side then look for Month of July 2008 and then click on the top right side then look for Agenda there will be specific detailed information.
  5. For personal letter in order to obtain US VISA to be sent by mail, the postal fee is $ 3.00 if you need it. Please email at pratimadehmeri@yahoo.com
  6. Regarding registration for attending the conference room where a reception, snacks and a banquet will be located. This will be a first come first serve basis only for 60 people. This means 40 Deaf people from USA and Canada and 20 from other countries. The  main reason is mail delivery from far away countries and the size of the conference room is limited. 
    You will be notified by  email in the middle of March if there are some spots remaining then you may register on a first come and first serve basis.  Sorry for inconvenience.
    However, there is an opportunity for social interaction, good time and tours for more than 60 people. Please check the options on the registeration fee page.
